Greetings from The Brahma.....
Tonight my thoughts are of an All-Star baseball game that ends in a tie score. One thing that always distinguished baseball from all other sports is the lack of a time limit imposed on the game. The teams must play until a winner is decided. THERE ARE NO TIES IN BASEBALL! That's hockey! If the problem was concern for the health of the players being in the game too long, the solution was simple. For this exhibition game, permit player re-entry until a winner is decided. Tonight's game was to honor Ted Williams....what would HE think of a tie game?
